Description

• Administer onboarding feedback surveys, track completion, and compile data reports for key stakeholders. Identify trends and potential actions with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Facilitate project team meetings with key stakeholders to review the onboarding survey feedback trends to drive continuous improvement. Manage project activities to address identified areas for improvement.
• Administer the Employee Recognition Program. Evaluate program usage and effectiveness. Provide recommendations for program updates and revisions as warranted. Define and implement continuous improvement.
• Administer the Employee Volunteer and Charitable Giving Program. Research and promote opportunities which align with corporate values. Coordinate and schedule events for community impact.
• Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, track completion, and compile data reports for key stakeholders. Analyze and synthesize survey results to identify trends and potential actions to drive positive engagement. Provide recommendations to highlight areas of excellence and to address area of underperformance. Revise and update survey as needed to align with organizational structural changes and to focus for particular topics or current issues.
• Create documents summarizing the Employee Engagement Survey data and present the summary, trends, and potential actions to leadership. Support business leaders with implementation of targeted actions to address employee survey results.
• Administer the Employee Social Groups Program. Guide groups in formation. Advise on guidelines to establish, to promote, and to charge affinity groups. Ensure groups conform to expectations and adhere to corporate policies.
• Provide logistics, planning, and project management support for company-wide events, such as holiday parties, summer events, etc. Facilitate project meetings with employee volunteers and key stakeholders for these employee activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices for employee engagement and corporate culture. Attend training sessions on best practices for organizational culture and engagement programs and share key learnings with management. Benchmark employee activities and events with other organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in an HR, talent development, or training role in lieu of degree
• 10 years of general work experience of which 2 years must be in a role directly related to employee engagement and corporate culture
• Knowledge of factors that impact employee engagement and best practices that drive positive engagement
