Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and resources
  • Interpret and summarize high volumes of data
  • Provide custom and ad hoc reporting
  • Develop pivot tables, graphs, charts and worksheets for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide trend and transaction analysis
  • Identify and correct errors and/or issues with tasks or processes
  • Identify issues and escalate high risk level items to Client Services Management in a timely

manner

  • Ensure prompt handling of required tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and organize complex data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Diplomacy, tact, and grace under pressure when working through challenging or urgent issues
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think critically and to solution problems

Education And/Or Experience

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years' experience in a high volume, customer service environment, including interpreting data
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Hybrid - In office and remote
