The Pharmacy Program Manager is accountable for the coordination and implementation of pharmacy projects and priorities, particularly Part D compliance functions. The Pharmacy Program Manager oversees multiple functions and complex projects simultaneously, with duties that may include collaborating with pharmacy, compliance, eligibility, finance, health plan services, IT, and other cross-functional teams, emphasizing the creation and maintenance of strong partnerships within WelbeHealth.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures
  • Analyze audit findings and compliance data to identify trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements
  • Create workflows and processes to streamline at-risk areas
  • Facilitate cross-program collaboration and best practice sharing
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations and process improvement
  • Experience with pharmacy compliance preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $109,240 - $131,088/ year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
