The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.

As a member of the central leadership team, the Associate Vice President, Outreach & Enrollment (AVP, O&E) leads the WelbeHealth Outreach and Enrollment Teams across a defined territory and facilitates collaborative relationships with all functions including operations, finance, compliance, marketing, clinical, talent, interdisciplinary teams (IDT), and with external stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.

Essential Job Duties:

• Fill gross and net caring capacity with an objective and clear top decile participant experience, staff experience, and financial/growth performance
• Hire, develop, inspire, and invest in the successful careers of top-talent MOE Directors and other O&E roles
• Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders in community partnerships, senior housing, government/regulators, and other referral sources
• Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment activities and processes, including identifying and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and conversion
• Ensure pipelines (leads, assessments, and approvals) support enrollment objectives
• Partner closely with the WelbeHealth Launch Team in the successful opening of new sites
• Ensure WelbeHealth operates “beyond reproach” in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations
• Share and lead replication of best practices across other programs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in enrollment, sales, or business development leadership at a value-based provider, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid program
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
• Healthcare experience required, PACE experience and/or local market experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends; periodic travel for executive and team meetings will be required
• Must be willing and able to be onsite in WelbeHealth centers or community 50%+ of days
• Demonstrated performance overseeing and inspiring a culturally and professionally diverse team
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
