The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. It’s our mission to serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model, and the Day Center Manager plays a vital role by directing nutritional services for our participants in the WelbeHealth day center.

The Day Center Manager focuses on managing some of our most critical initiatives and day to day operations within our Day Center. Reporting to the Center Director, the Day Center Manager is a member of the WelbeHealth management team, also spearheading our Engagement and Personal Care Services programs.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Rosemead location.

Essential Job Duties:

• Accountable for the delivery of high-quality nutrition, kitchen, reception, engagement, and personal care services to ensure our participants are uniquely cared for
• In coordination with the Engagement Supervisor and Day Center Coordinator, manage nutrition, engagement, personal care, housekeeping, and front desk reception operations, including hiring, training, monitoring, and mentoring staff and ensuring clear and effective workflows
• Collaborate with Center Director to plan and facilitate effective interdisciplinary team (IDT) and other participant-care related meetings, ensuring they are organized and engaging, and that follow-up items are documented and tracked
• Oversee the engagement department assessments and interventions to assure regulatory compliance and timely documentation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; or five (5) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience; ADHC/PACE/Health Plan/Clinic operations a plus with demonstrated experience working with elderly living at home
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience within a senior or health care program preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $92,000.00 - $100,000 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
