Communications and Change Management Analyst

The Communications and Change Management Analyst is accountable for collecting, editing, and distributing robust content across the Welbe enterprise. This includes everything from partnering with senior leaders on content and messaging, to publishing on the company intranet (SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365). This role supports WelbeHealth’s growing intranet platform with excellent and proactive content management, permissions oversight, and overall internal communications best practices.

Essential Job Duties:

• Create, write, edit, and deliver effective and appropriate internal communication materials using various media, including our regularly published company-wide newsletter
• Oversee communication sites and news posts across WelbeNet hub
• Assist with communication and workflow-related content, as well as functionality development and delivery
• Partner with Welbe thought leaders to present and implement communication strategies
• Document and track permissions within SharePoint, including SharePoint groups, domain/AD groups, individual permissions within sites, libraries and lists, following best practices, and established governance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; relevant professional experience may be substituted
• Change Management certification preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of SharePoint Online site ownership and development
• Minimum of two (2) years of internal communications across multiple sites and departments
• Solid comprehension of Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint administration basics, permissions, deployment, and management requirements
• Experience with Power Automate workflow development, Forms, PowerApps configuration, and publishing
• One (1) year of enterprise-level change management preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $68,868.80 - $86,091.64 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
