Job Title: Cross-Country Property Manager
** US Resident
** 20 days of travel a month
Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Country Travel: Travel extensively to various locations to onboard vendors and set up new properties.

Vendor Onboarding:
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for various property-related services, including cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and more.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
Train routine contractors on protocols and procedures all relative to Wander standard.

Property Set-up:
Coordinate and oversee the setup of new properties, ensuring they meet company standards and guest expectations.
Manage the procurement of necessary furnishings, decor, and amenities. Inventory specialist.

Vendor Relationship Management:
Foster positive and collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to vendors.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, permits, and licensing.
Assess all utilities associated with the home and ensure operational efficiency
Oversee setup of preventative maintenance plans and contracts

Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for property setup and ongoing operational expenses.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property integration and guest satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and property owners to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and travel frequently.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
