Description:

Remote/work-from-home role, with 0 to 14 days (depending on portfolio's needs) of travel a month to Wander's luxury vacation rentals for quality control, special projects, and onboarding of local vendors and housekeeping onboarding to our on-ground operations.

Required:

• 3+ years at roles involving coordinating maintenance at rental homes

• working knowledge of basic appliance repair, electrical systems, plumbing repair, HVAC repair, painting, and carpentry skills

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday

• Have a driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and ensure follow-through on completion fixes of issues reported

• Coordinate maintenance of properties, including landscaping and snow removal

• Receive reports from property inspectors and implement coordination of necessary technicians

• Submit claims to insurance

• Keep file of warranties of appliances
