Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales who is looking to jump start your career? Veem is a fast-growing financial technology company that is revolutionizing the way small and medium-sized businesses pay and get paid. We are looking for a Sales Development Representatives to join our team and help drive our sales process with prospective new users. You'll be responsible for responding to new leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with customers using consultative selling techniques.

Term: Contract (With a potential to go full time)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls and email
  • Follow up with leads to qualify and conduct initial discovery of their requirements
  • Undergo training and adhere to processes to build out the skill profile needed to develop your career
  • Identify potential customer needs and match them with Veem’s product offerings
  • Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
  • Successfully and accurately answer prospect questions and provide appropriate additional information
  • Achieving defined productivity goals
  • Leverage CRM tools to effectively prospect and organize leads

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tenacious, hard-working, highly organized and self-motivated with a strong desire to develop professionally
  • Sales experience in retail or phone sales is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and understand new software quickly
  • Cold calling experience is a plus
