Job Summary
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of key product features that enhance our platform’s value for advisors and clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define, build, and launch impactful solutions.
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, gathering insights, and delivering features that improve user experience and engagement. This position is ideal for a mid-level PM looking to take ownership of meaningful product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position. You must be based in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA, or Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for key product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Partner with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product solutions that meet user needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer success, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication of product changes.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and gather insights from advisors and clients to continuously improve the product experience.
Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Track key performance metrics and use data to make informed product decisions.
Help improve internal product development processes, ensuring efficiency and effective execution.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management in a SaaS, B2B consumer facing product in financial services.
Strong understanding of financial products, data aggregation, and/or advisor-client workflows is a plus.
Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, or data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and financial data aggregation is a plus.
