Job Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for driving Vanilla’s narrative, GTM strategy, and customer expansion efforts. The ideal candidate has experience positioning new categories of products to both SMB & Enterprise buyers with a sharp focus on sales enablement.
This role is a remote position, you must be based out of one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WA D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine Vanilla’s core narrative across audiences and segments
Build and lead a world-class PMM team focused on ownership and execution
Lead competitive intelligence & enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness
Launch new products and capabilities that drive advisor adoption
Develop content and collateral to support demand generation and expansion efforts
Design and scale account-based expansion strategies and campaigns
Partner closely with leadership to optimize customer acquisition costs
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing focused on B2B software
2+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with sales teams
Experience managing, aligning, and influencing C-level stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven orientation
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
