Having recently closed our Series A, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Growth Marketing to join our small (but growing!) team and collaborate with our data scientists, engineers, sales and brand marketing teams.
The Head of Growth Marketing at Unstructured is pivotal to advancing customer acquisition, engagement and growth. As a data-minded, strategic thinker, you will develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to deliver qualified leads and high impact outcomes. You will need to have a deep understanding of the user journey to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, build trust and amplify advocates. This role requires keen problem-solving and analytical skills capable of translating product and user insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Develop and execute a growth plan that supports the product roadmap and aligns with company goals and KPIs
- Design and implement campaigns leveraging digital channels, technologies, partnerships and other tactics to optimize growth
- Partner closely with our product leaders to understand product and user insights to develop growth and communication opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and brand comms to align on messaging, approach and other marketing tactics
- Increase product awareness and adoption in the developer community
- Organize and participate in developer events, conferences, and forums to raise awareness of our company
- Leverage your expertise in emerging tech platforms or AI/ML to guide product development and strategy
- Stay current on AI/ML advancements, industry standards, and emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and insights on growth trends and best practices
- Proven experience in growth marketing leadership roles, particularly within the emerging tech or AI/ML space.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way
- Demonstrated experience in building and fostering developer communities
