About the role
The internship is a full time or part time, fixed term position for up to one year. During the internship you will get the opportunity to work with a variety of ad hoc and strategic tasks covering within Customer Success team. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success.


  • Provide support to Customer Success team with any ad hoc and routine tasks.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by answering customer questions promptly and effectively.
  • Own problem at hand, and find the best solution without compromising on service no matter the complexity.

About you:

  • You poses a positive mindset and are eager to learn new things
  • You enjoy talking to customers on a daily basis and are a good communicator
  • You are a problem solver with a strong work ethic


  • Undergraduate or graduate, with at least one year into your degree
  • Fluent or native Swedish speaker
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Some experience from previous jobs, internships or personal projects within customer support is a plus
