2. Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Enterprise Implementation & Operations who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will support our enterprise growth team with customer implementations, and general operational support as we scale our enterprise partnerships and function. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading enterprise-level customer implementations, and supporting account owners with reporting and insights to further drive commercial growth with existing customers .
3. Manager
You will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Growth, Jay Bhimani, who leads all enterprise-level commercial strategy, sales, and operations.
4. Responsibilities
The role will be split across two different, but related functions:
- Enterprise customer Implementations - Lead all implementation planning and execution with enterprise customers, including:
- Developing detailed project plans that outline the scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables for customer implementations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key external partners.
- Coordinating deliverables across internal and external teams to ensure seamless and timely launches.
- Working closely with product development teams to provide insights on customer requirements to launch.
- Support on-going strategy and growth with existing customers: some text
- Support Director of Payer Partnerships in preparing analytics and reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
- Collaborate with enterprise growth team to develop cross sell opportunities to drive new growth.
- Manage on-going customer operational inquiries, including coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- 3-5 years proven project management experience, with experience in launching enterprise-level customers (MCOs, Health Systems, etc.).
- Strong ability and comfort in working across cross functional teams
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to turn data/insights into articulate presentations.
- Constant drive and curiosity to continuously improve business processes.
- Experience working at a tech-enabled services organization (vs. pure SAAS) is preferred, but not required.
