2. Role
We are looking for an experienced pharmacy operator to join our Customer Experience and Operations team who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Head of Customer Experience & Operations to achieve the departmental KPIs and work cross functionally to ensure customers have a seamless experience receiving their prescription medication and OTC products fulfilled and delivered by our pharmacy partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing pharmacy operations with experience working with telemedicine partners preferred. You will be responsible for managing and fostering existing pharmacy partnerships, driving new partnership opportunities and improving our systems and processes to support the business as it scales.
3. Manager
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience & Operations, Marta Paterno, who has been with Twentyeight Health since 2019 as it’s employee #1.
4. Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmacy operations department while Head of Customer Experience & Operations is on parental leave in Q1/Q2 2025
- Define, track and meet pharmacy operations departmental KPIs and goals to support customer experience, satisfaction, and retention
- Project manage pharmacy operations project plans to meet monthly departmental goals
- Use analytical skills to continuously propose solutions to improve pharmacy operations
- Work cross functionally with tech, marketing, biz dev and special projects to enable solutions to help the partnerships scale
- Manage internal team of pharmacy operations personnel
- Lead by example, fostering a customer and mission-centric, culture while implementing best practices to deliver outstanding customer experience and operations strategies as we scale
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven track-record in pharmacy operations and partnership management
- Experience working in high growth companies or start-ups
- 5+ years experience in pharmacy operations function
- 1-3 years experience managing people
- Strong experience working cross functionally with operations, marketing and tech teams to drive effective and scalable solutions
- Strong analytical skills to leverage quantitative insights and drive continual improvement

8. Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation between $100-120k
