2. Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Growth Director who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will lead all new deal and logo execution with enterprise health plans. The ideal candidate has a proven track record closing enterprise-level deals, while taking a thoughtful approach on building high growth, and sustainable businesses.
3. Manager
You will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Growth, Jay Bhimani, who leads all enterprise-level commercial strategy, sales, and operations.
4. Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Head of Enterprise Growth, develop GTM strategy and execution plan, including prioritized pipeline and engagement plan.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle with enterprise customers from deal sourcing, to contract execution.
- Identify emerging market/policy trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, customer success and more to ensure the alignment, and integration of sales strategies.
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- Minimum 5 years proven track record in closing enterprise health plan deals.
- Experience in selling telehealth/provider solutions preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills, including expertise/comfort in leveraging data/insights/policy tailwinds to drive new growth opportunities.
- Constant drive and curiosity to continuously improve business processes.

8. Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive total cash comp (base + bonus + stock)
- Base compensation between $135-145k
