2. Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Clinical Operations who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will manage our internal clinical operations team as well as our provider partners who leverage our platform to support patients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing clinical operations, specifically in a virtual or telemedicine setting. Your focus will be ensuring our Clinical team provides high quality care to our patient in a friendly and efficient way. You will also be responsible for improving our systems and processes to support the business as it scales.
3. Manager
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service & Operations, Marta Paterno, who has been with Twentyeight Health since 2019 as it’s employee #1.
4. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations of telehealth platform
- Ensure our Clinical team provides the highest level of care to our patients
- Define, track and meet clinical operations goals and use analytical skills to continuously propose solutions to improve
- Own recruitment, onboarding, and training for frontline clinical staff and prescribing providers
- Ensure that staff are meeting defined workload, SOPs and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings
- Coordinate with clinical and product teams to implement and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and quality of patient care
- Track department level key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on weekly status to stakeholders and senior management
- Responsible for the management and tracking of provider's licensing, credentialing, and renewals
- Lead by example, fostering a customer-centric culture while implementing best practices to deliver outstanding Clinical Operations as we scale
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
- Proven track-record in clinical operations management, specifically in a virtual or telemedicine setting
- 5+ years experience in clinical operations function with 1-3 years of management experience
- Strong experience developing collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Experience optimizing clinical workflows to drive efficiencies and scale
- Analytical prowess to leverage quantitative insights and drive continual improvement

8. Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation between $90-110k
