The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing operations strategy as well as managing our marketing tech stack, measuring and reporting on marketing performance, and supporting our global marketing campaigns. This is a Manager/Senior Manager role (an individual contributor, non-people manager role).

What you'll be doing at TRM:

  • Blend marketing ops technical expertise and strategy; be a systems admin for key marketing tools while building scalable engines to centralize and streamline workflows, and helping define pipeline reporting, KPIs, and best practices
  • Evaluate and implement new tooling as needed; gain stakeholder alignment and buy in
  • Manage marketing ops resources (both headcount and agency support)

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing operations or related experience. Professional experience in SaaS, regtech, fintech, blockchain or related industries a plus
  • Experience with the following infra and tooling: Hubspot (expert), Salesforce, Bizible (nice to have)
  • A strategic thinker who can help us identify and synthesize systems and processes to achieve business goals
  • A resourceful self-starter who enjoys setting big goals and blazing the path to get the job done

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,458-200,750
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan
  • Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States
