What will you be doing?

Become a Trendsi product and services expert to drive adoption and usage of our services through proactive communication and support
Monitor the health of our key accounts and proactively address issues to minimize churn in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and act as a trusted advisor
Understand seller goals and objectives and develop success plans to help achieve them
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and handoff to the Account Strategist team when they grow to V2 potential (sells $20,000+ per month)
Assist with regular reports on seller status and performance Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use

Who are we looking for?

3+ years experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, account management, or sales
Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of e-commerce, retail fashion, Shopify, and popular social media platforms
Sales-driven and the ability to work independently and meet goals with minimal management
The ability to use customer success management software and tools, Microsoft Suites, and other basic technical knowledge

Bonus Points:

If you have had experience running online/boutique/fashion business, it’s a plus since you speak the language your target customers speak and understand their needs.
