What will you be doing?

You will be the #1 employee on the partnership team, alongside the cofounder, to help build and grow the partner program at Trendsi from scratch
Identify, connect, onboard new partners to Trendsi and grow existing partners at Trendsi, which will drive Trendsi revenue growth
Become the owner of end-to-end partner experience, partnership revenue KPIs, partner resources, playbooks and communications.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product & Engineering, Sales and Finance teams to develop the best partner experiences
Continuously evaluate our partner program and benefits to see how we can provide more opportunities for partners.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience with partner programs in the SaaS industry
Data & process-oriented -- you are comfortable analyzing data to inform decision-making & optimization
Efficient time management, prioritization skills, and keen attention to detail
Tech Savvy, comfortable setting up new tools and working with an operations team.
You are high energy & strive to direct your energy in the most productive directions
Humble and hungry. You know that you don't know much, and you want to improve every day
You have a strong ability to influence and people trust you for your subject expertise
[Preferred] Previous experience working in Ecommerce industry
[Preferred] Previous experience working in a startup

Bonus Points:

If you have had experience running online/boutique/fashion business, it’s a plus since you speak the language your target customers speak and understand their needs.
