What will you be doing?

Become the owner of user growth initiatives, including seller acquisition, activation and engagement
Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to attract new users and drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams(primarily marketing & sales) to identify and leverage key acquisition channels, including paid advertising, partnerships, outbound sales
Design and optimize the user onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new users. Collaborate with outbound sales teams to improve user activation and reduce friction points in onboarding
Develop and execute strategies to improve user retention and increase engagement across different stages of the user lifecycle. Analyze user behavior data, conduct user research, and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences. Work closely with account managers & customer success managers to help derive insights from key accounts
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key metrics and conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize user growth strategies.

Who are we looking for?

Be able to speak professional Mandarin and are comfortable working with remote teams in different timezones as we have teams in Asia.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any engineering field
3+ years of experience working on user growth products or building internal sales enablement products
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, user behavioral analysis, and A/B testing.
A passion for user-centric design and a deep curiosity to understand user needs and preferences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
[Preferred] Previous experience working in the e-commerce industry
[Preferred] Previous experience working in a startup environment or a B2B company
Bonus Points:
If you have had experience running an online/boutique/fashion business, it’s a plus since you speak the language your target customers speak and understand their needs.
