What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for professional hiring as well as direct & indirect recruitment strategy for teams in USA.
You’ll be responsible for recruiting both blue- and white-collar positions.
You’ll have a continuous improvement mindset and foster a culture of innovation through the design and execution of strategies to improve the hiring processes.
You’ll build capabilities, implement effective sourcing techniques, and utilize interview best practices.
You‘ll partner with different departments to coordinate, plan and to support high volume recruiting efforts through job fairs, on-site, virtual events, etc.
You’ll improve the staff engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
You’ll handle payroll, benefit administration and income tax filing.
You’ll review and implement HR policies & procedures to support the business direction.
You’ll lead the annual performance review process and drive for the high-performance culture.
You’ll identify the training needs in the country and address it through internal or external resources.
You’ll help to build a right company’s culture which will support the business direction.
Who are we looking for?
You possess a BA/BS degree in business or related discipline.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting. At least two years leading and implementing the recruiting strategy for e-commence industry for blue- and white- collar workforce.
You must be a self-starter with high agility, business acumen, change management and an ability to influence at all levels.
You have knowledge of the current workforce; talent acquisition trends and benchmarks and you leverage best practices.
You focus on driving results and fluent both English and Chinese to work in.
