Join Treehouse

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team! This is an opportunity to join an early stage company with an ambitious growth trajectory. The Sales Associate serves as the face of Treehouse to our customers. You'll be the go-to expert on our products and services, educating customers on the benefits of home electrification and the installation process. As one of the earliest members of the Sales and Customer Operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the way we serve our customers by setting the tone and defining the engagement process.

The Sales Associate

• Drives sales by actively following up on leads and communicating with potential customers to provide product information and address inquiries.
• Provides outstanding customer service and a consultative experience to prospective customers, positioning Treehouse as category experts.
• Collaborates closely with other departments, such as Field Operations, to optimize the sales funnel and improve overall customer experience.
• Understands and communicates on the details of electrical installations to support customers, colleagues, and a national electrician workforce.
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate

• A four-year Bachelor's degree
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Hands-on experience working with a CRM and related tooling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment
  
  

Additionally, experience with electrical services, home renovation, and/or other trades; experience in consumer sales; and demonstrated interest in climate-related fields will be considered.
