This position is ideal for someone looking to work hard in a fast-paced environment.</div><div><br></div><div>Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead is responsible for leading a team of Production Associates on the production floor. Leads ensure the production function is performed satisfactorily on the Production Line, including plating and packaging meals, snacks, and beverages. </div><div><br></div><div>This is a unique opportunity to be part of the early team at Thistle’s brand new East Coast facility, located in Burlington, NJ, responsible for launching and growing Thistle East operations to bring delicious, plant-forward, and planet-friendly meals to customers on the East Coast.</div>
