We are growing our team and are looking for motivated individuals. We are looking for a Plant Manager at one of our facilities.

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational management and strategic development of our production facility. Your key role is to drive the modernization of the site and ensure the profitability of the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• In addition to the organizational management of the plant, you also have technical responsibility for production in the extrusion area. They control the production processes and systems and ensure the qualification and training of employees.
• You also control the corresponding production resources and are responsible for personnel deployment planning in several shifts. Additionally, you plan maintenance and necessary maintenance.
• Our quality standards are leading in the industry and you ensure that these are continually improved. They implement the relevant goals and standards of corporate management on site.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematic skills & unit conversion skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• High School diploma / GED, required
• Have at least 5 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry in a comparable industry environment with series production of technical solutions.
• Higher education in a field applicable to managing a manufacturing plant like engineering, production or supply chain management.
