The Role:
The team at Sunbit is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Human Resources Associate to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your primary duties will be administrative duties related to onboarding new hires and assisting the HR Generalist with a variety of other HR needs as assigned. Other responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to administrative duties, reviewing resumes and arranging interviews, coordinating and conducting new hire orientations and training sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the People space and help to nurture a culture of positivity, growth and inclusion.
Please Note: This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote/non-hybrid) environment
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform administrative duties such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, performance reviews and other data in Sunbit’s HRIS
- Support tasks related to new hire onboarding including coordinating new hire start dates and check-ins
- Support responses HR-related inquiries within the organization
- Maintain proper and accurate records of employee attendance
- Support leave administration and documentation
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Assist with the recruitment process by submitting online job postings, screening resumes and scheduling phone interviews
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their inquiries
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Perform other special projects as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Three (3) years HR experience with visibility into recruitment
- Must have knowledge of MS office software to include Word and Excel; Google Suite a plus
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment required - call center experience a plus
- Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Use all required office equipment in an effective and efficient manner
- Work with various computer applications and programs such as BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now a plus!
- Review and comprehend all necessary documentation
