The Role:
Sunbit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our growing Customer Care (Call) Center. In this role, you will design recruitment strategies, develop job descriptions and qualifications, post job openings, and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for positions within a fast-paced Call Center environment across a variety of departments such as Customer Service, Collections, Quality Assurance (QA), Technical Support, and Workforce Management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Care Leaders: Partner with department leaders to understand staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Workforce Planning: Coordinate with Workforce Management to anticipate hiring needs and plan recruitment activities accordingly.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Advertise job openings on various platforms, including job boards, career pages, and social media channels, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Resume Review and Screening: Review high volume of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize databases and other resources to proactively source and recruit potential candidates.
- Candidate Outreach: Initiate contact with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for the role.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, including technical skills, soft skills, and overall suitability for the position.
- Candidate Experience Management: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Market Analysis: Monitor job market trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive and attractive job offers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract candidates who align with the organization’s mission.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, with at least 1 year in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, high-volume Call Center environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with resume databases and familiarity posting and sourcing candidates on a variety of online job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and with a variety of leaders and stakeholders within our Customer Care Center.
