JOB TITLE: Account Manager
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid in our Westwood Office: 3 days on-site; 2 days remote)
REPORTS TO: Director of Account Management

The Role:
The Account Manager for Platform Partnerships is the primary point of contact for our partners, driving successful implementation and adoption of Sunbit’s payment products. This role combines client-facing expertise with operational know-how to deliver outstanding results, ensuring partners drive significant transaction volumes. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with both partners and internal teams to optimize customer outcomes and influence strategic decisions, while improving internal processes.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' SaaS platforms to offer tailored guidance and strategic recommendations.
- Provide proactive, hands-on support by advising on best practices, product capabilities, and optimization strategies.
- Take full ownership of reporting and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with partners’ key objectives and KPIs.
- Deliver regular, detailed status updates both internally within the organization and externally to partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, fully understanding the business, technical, and integration needs of platform partners.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to drive alignment and deliver results.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and address issues in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruption.
- Contribute to the design and execution of scalable, efficient processes that support long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to optimize partnership performance and enhance the overall health of client relationships.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in account management, product management, or operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently, building relationships and collaborating with all levels of management.
- Expertise in writing clear, concise reports and detailed requirements documentation.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a strong desire for success and continuous growth.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, optimistic, and a critical thinker, consistently striving for excellence and proactively solving problems.

How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
- We are targeting a base salary of $100,000- $140,000 per year for this role
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
