Take on leadership responsibilities on an interim basis when needed
Collect, preprocess, and analyze data for both quick assessments and in-depth investigations.
Own project management of timely preparation and creation of presentation materials for audiences ranging from internal staff, to investors, to partners, and to the public
Juggle responsibilities that range from daily/weekly administrative matters (such as preparing internal and external communication on behalf of the COO, meeting agendas and project managing internal stakeholders) to green-field strategic initiatives stretching multiple quarters.
Attend meetings, internally and externally, on behalf of COO, represent his viewpoints and report back to ensure alignment
You’re gonna crush it if
You have proven experience in a strategic operations or strategy role, ideally at a high growth startup
You have experience managing teams and enjoy fostering teamwork and getting results
You have a high aptitude and ability to rapidly self-teach on a wide range of topics
