As our Encompass Administrator, you will provide ongoing support for the Loan Origination System. You will act as an internal consultant with the business for 1) day to day application support and 2) the managing of enhancement initiatives. This position is key to understanding current state issues, documenting solution requirements, and performing the required configurations in Encompass.

What You'll Do

Act as the system administrator/super user responsible for configuring and executing application changes in Encompass
Collaborate with Encompass Support to resolve issues and improve system enhancements
Work with Product and Development teams to provide insights and recommendations for new features and workflow enhancements related to the Encompass integration
Remain abreast of current application releases, functionality, and other components and assist with various application related management tasks
Assist with coordinating/implementing changes, software installations, and upgrades with IT department and appropriate management personnel
Digest both verbal and written requirements and directly configure an Encompass instance in accordance with these requirements
Configure Loans in Encompass that are fully representative of lending scenarios (digital closing with eNote, refinance hybrid, etc)
Configure workflows in Stavvy Test Encompass instances that are representative of Lender Encompass workflows so that our integration can be appropriately tested internally
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering & QA teams that are building enhancements to the Encompass integration and configuring it for specific customer instances
Diagnose errors being produced by Encompass during loan configuration and/or integration, then resolve them in a timely manner

Who You Are

4+ years of experience as Encompass Administrator at a lender
Experience with external customer vendor integrations to Encompass, experience with Encompass Consumer Connect (nice to have)
In-depth knowledge of the Encompass LOS, including forms, document management, and all aspects of how Encompass is used for loan origination
A hands-on administrator that is comfortable directly configuring changes in the Encompass LOS
Knowledgeable about the different steps in the mortgage origination process
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate both with internal engineering & QA teams, as well as external Encompass & business stakeholders
Encompass Certification required

Compensation Education

Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
The Boston based range for this full time position is $120,000 - $145,000
