In the Director of Product Marketing position, you'll play a crucial role within the Revenue team,focusing on go-to-market strategy, product alignment, and competitive intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of product marketing managers across Stavvy customer segments
  • Collaborate with strategy and product executives to build go to market strategy and direction
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to provide direction on strategic initiatives and develop messaging &content to support execution in market
  • Maintain an understanding of the ideal customer profile, market trends, integration partners, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain understanding of the market dynamics and make recommendations on pricing and packaging
  • Partner with the product team to drive strategy and execution of product launches that align with company initiatives, product release schedule, and demand generation goals

Who You Are

  • Experience and understanding of the real-estate and lending industry
  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company or technology startup with experience in product launches
  • The author of impressive product marketing strategy docs, content, and competitive analysis
  • A strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who can work with minimal direction and balance strategy and execution
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and with remote teams and executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate starts and stops, and wear multiple hats

Compensation Education

  • Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • The Boston based range for this full time position is $180,000 - $200,000.
