What You’ll Do

Lead the QA process as an integrated member of the Compliance team
Develop and ensure the completion of comprehensive test plans at the ticket level
Provide support for releases through Pre-Prod and Prod testing, executing plans and testing at the goal level
Integrate automation flows into sprints as per the sprint work cadence
Identify and address impediments to the automation suite as the team introduces new work, creating tickets or facilitating real-time communication for prompt resolution
Verify acceptance criteria by setting up draft test loans with dynamic print conditions
Actively participate in Sprint Planning meetings, ensuring thorough coverage of test plan scope and bases in collaboration with the team

Who You Are

Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage origination experience
Proficient in understanding mortgage documents and adept at setting conditions for specific test cases
Proven track record in setting the QA process pace, consistently completing tickets, and acting as a gatekeeper to prevent unverified items from merging into the sprint
Experienced at Collaborating with Discovery to ensure comprehensive scoping and testing of tickets, flagging when necessary to prevent items from reaching release
Expert at thoroughly documenting test plans for all QA to Test tickets
Possess some technical knowledge, essential for handling the complexity of eMortgage Documents
