In this project management role, you will play an integral part in the Program Management team, with responsibilities for driving key priorities to meet company objectives. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, developing project plans, establishing rapport with key stakeholders, directing project teams, and providing operational guidance on a wide variety of projects. These projects may include process development, technical development, major initiatives, and more.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Manager, Program Management to drive key priorities and meet company objectives
- Develop operational and execution-oriented project plans to manage execution on key priorities
- Partner with key stakeholders to enable effective management of projects
- Lead cross-functional project team meetings with clear objectives to maintain alignment
- Develop and improve processes to enable efficient and scalable achievement of priorities
- Direct project team members and provide operational guidance throughout a project
- Take ownership of the Vendor Management Process and communications
- Ensure clear, consistent communication of all projects
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
- 2-4 years of project management experience
- Experience with Smartsheet or a similar tool
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a positive and team-oriented manner, whether as a project lead or contributor
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience working with technical engineering teams preferred (basic Jira knowledge)
