Stavvy’s Product Marketing Manager will be our go-to product and competitive expert focused on Mortgage Servicing. You’ll possess deep technical knowledge of our platform and its features, while effortlessly articulating to internal and external audiences how it serves the needs of Stavvy’s ideal customer profile. You’ll be in a starring role managing product launches, from strategy-setting in go-to-market working groups and sizing the addressable market, to creating buzz via targeted and measurable product marketing campaigns. You can’t wait to dig into the competitive landscape and build thoughtful intelligence that distinguishes Stavvy in the Mortgage Servicing marketplace. This role connects the dots between product management, R&D, and sales, and manifests in real-life marketing execution that drives demand and converts prospects into customers. We’ll be dazzled by your product launch prowess, technical intelligence, creative ideas, competitive analysis wizardry, writing chops, hands-on output, and collaborative spirit.
What You'll Do
- Champion full-scope product launches that align with Stavvy’s GTM strategy, product release schedule, and demand generation goals
- Be an expert on our technology, how it works, and the value it delivers
- Develop product marketing plans and messaging that are consumer-focused, creative, and compelling
- Participate actively in go-to-market strategy - help qualify market opportunities from a product, messaging, and pricing standpoint
- Identify relevant internal constituents and lead meetings with the product organization to align efforts and execute against the product roadmap
- Be our go-to expert on buyers - develop and maintain informative buyer personas
- Understand our competition inside and out - perform regular analysis and share updates with the organization to raise competitive awareness
- Identify and understand all customers, their needs, and how Stavvy supports them - identify and facilitate opportunities for customer case studies
- Be a product spokesperson responsible for demonstrating the Stavvy product in videos, webinars, and demos
- Create and review product-infused content, including but not limited to website pages, blogs, social media, sales and marketing emails, downloadables, video, sales enablement, and presentations
- Utilize design tools and/or engage with freelancers to create product graphics, videos, and images that support marketing and sales initiatives
- Support product-related media outreach and partnership initiatives
- Report on product marketing KPIs, work with Operations on budget, and assist in the management of vendors
Who You Are
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company or technology startup
- The author of impressive product marketing strategy docs, content, and competitive analysis that you’ll walk us through as part of the interview process
- A strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who can work with minimal direction
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally and with remote teams
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Experience with marketing automation a must (HubSpot preferred)
- Willingness to roll up your (metaphorical and physical) sleeves and dive head first into the mix
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate starts and stops, and wear multiple hats
- Experience in (or understanding of) the mortgage industry is a plus but not a requirement

Compensation Education
- Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
- The Boston based range for this full time position is $100,000 - $150,000.
