As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to two members of our C-Suite, fostering a close working relationship. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies concerning all matters related to these Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the daily schedule of the CEO and provide support to the COO as necessary
  • Manage travel arrangements and make frequent revisions as needed
  • Support in handling personal tasks and running errands as necessary to facilitate seamless integration of the Executives' professional and personal commitments
  • Interact with key internal and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Serve as the point person for visiting Executive Leadership Team members and guests of Stavvy
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team members on meeting preparation and material coordination to ensure the effective use of time and resources, as requested
  • Prepare speaker notes and content for external presentations for the CEO, and coordinate with the external PR Team
  • Work closely with the Office Manager, providing secondary support and collaborating on events and other projects
  • Implement process changes to enhance efficiencies in scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Champion and protect Stavvy’s culture

Who You Are

  • Possess 5+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrate a solid understanding of their respective functional area
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing a variety of technological tools for effective calendar management, schedule coordination, communication, and other essential tasks
  • Demonstrate previous experience in providing support to C-level or Executive staff in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Showcase strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to orchestrate multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to timely execution
  • Display an independent and proactive work style
  • Possess the capability to handle confidential materials with the utmost discretion
