Stavvy is looking for an experienced Senior Security Professional who can join our team and help us take security to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security protocols and protocols, be able to lead in the implementation of best practices and standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security is a priority.
What You'll Do
- Help design and implement a robust security strategy for our organization
- Develop and maintain security tools, run books, and analytics to detect, analyze, and respond to security threats
- Partner with client and server engineering teams to integrate security services
- Manage the effectiveness of existing security tooling, and identify and select new security tooling and processes as needed
- Train and mentor team members on security best practices
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, and provide input to security incident response plans. Evaluate and recommend security solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Who You Are
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of information security, including vulnerability management, detection and response, cloud security, identity management, and governance
- Hands-on experience investigating, triaging, and addressing security alerts and requests with a focus on application and cloud security
- Proven track record of success in senior security roles with a demonstrated ability to remain upbeat and adaptable while achieving desired results. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
