What You'll Do

Provide direction and guidance for large feature work at the inception stage
Assist individual teams in refactoring and enforcing core architectural principles
Focusing on our core application, but also additional product(s) and their interaction
Have opinions and know-how on how best to implement enterprise quality code design, with Python principles preferred
Help the organization improve reliability through the creation and maintenance of robust test suites

Who You Are

You have a Strong development background with a lot of experience in Python or Java/Node/.NET
You have previous hands-on experience with architectural design
A profound understanding of how to best create a modern SaaS-based web application
Comprehensive knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure development and tech stacks
Experience designing systems that scale, validated through performance and load testing
Skilled at conflict management and resolution
