In this role, you will work cross functionally to ensure that contracts get processed completely and quickly and that we maintain compliant, administratively complete and positive contractual relationships with our payor partners. You will be responsible for keeping our contracting records organized, ensuring an efficient review of contracts with our Legal team and managing the application and contracting process for net new contracts. You will also partner with Revenue Operations and Credentialing teams to maintain compliance and ensure strong working relationships with our payor partners moving forward .</span></p> <h4>Success looks like </h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Within one month, manage a portfolio of payor contracts (either net new or existing) including understanding the CRM application and contract language and key terms, completing initial legal and financial review of the contract terms and owning activities needed to operationalize or renew the contract</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Within three months, reduce the pre-contracting timeline to 30 days from market scan to INN application submission to payor </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Within six months, ensure a timely contract administration ensuring accurate recordings of all information to do with the contract itself and sharing with the appropriate interdisciplinary teams </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Within twelve months, monitor and maintain calculation and payment accuracy of executed agreements</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>What you'll do </h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Complete new market scan and acquire INN paperwork & contracting requirements to build payor profile </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work with department leadership to review contract opportunities based on market scan result </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Complete INN application for new payor contracts based on strategic priorities from leadership </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Complete Medicare enrollment for new entities and markets. Coordinate with internal teams as necessary to support Medicare assignments</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Maintain housekeeping and filing of net new and existing contracts and ensure accurate tracking of amendments, notices, demographics info, etc</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Keeping an up to date CRM by ensuring contracts are captured in the current stage of the contract life cycle</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Track and report contract renewal dates and alert Management 90 days prior to the renewal dates</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Track contract status and ensure contracts transition to next stage in the life cycle timely</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Ensures successful first pass legal and finance review for Executive approval & identify negotiation opportunities as a result of the review</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Communicate key terms of executed contract to internal partners</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Track and maintenance payor insurance rates in rate table application </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Monitor for rate renewal, increases ,and changes to ensure we realize the intended negotiated contracted rate</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Partner with internal teams to ensure technical set up for payor go live</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Serve as point of contact on health plan architecture, network restrictions, product offerings and other components of the health plan marketplace</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Manage special projects related to payor market research, payor contracting and reimbursement accuracy</li> </ul> <h4>What you'll bring with you</h4> <h5>Required Experience </h5> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">2+ years experience with facility, ancillary, physician and/or group contracting</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience working with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid payors & knowledge of standards </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong attention to detail, ability to organize workflow effectively </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to manage competing priorities while still meeting deadlines </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of insurance plans and contractual arrangements within healthcare</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge & experience with CRM and contract management tools</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement methodologies </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience</span></li> </ul> <h5>Preferred Experience </h5> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Masters Degree in </span><span style="font-weight:400;">Business, Health Care Administration or Finance or related field</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">2+ years experience in fee schedule development and modeling</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Contract negotiation experience </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4><strong>What we value</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"> <em data-stringify-type="italic">Curious:</em> Seek to understand and pull the thread</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"> <em data-stringify-type="italic">Courageous:</em> Takes action, even when uncomfortable</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"> <em data-stringify-type="italic">Lightful: </em>Assume positive intent in others</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"> <em data-stringify-type="italic">Authentic: </em>Say what you mean, mean what you say, act accordingly</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"> <em data-stringify-type="italic">Bucketworthy: </em>Don’t let your bucket leak</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Our Benefits </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 -$70,000. </span><span style="font-weight:400;">This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. </span><span style="font-weight:400;">Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">As a leader in redesigning behavioral health, we are walking the walk with our employee benefits.
