We are seeking a Product Manager to help craft and execute product initiatives for the platform’s card and payments infrastructure, reporting directly to the Head of Product. In this role, you’ll be tasked to address complex micro and macro factors that influence our members' money movement experiences, analyzing Product KPIs, hypothesizing areas of opportunities and unmet needs, and advocating for the best solutions to ensure the healthy growth of the debit product through meaningful value propositions for our members.

What You'll Do
- Own the Onboarding Funnel at SoLo Funds, from install through identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, payment method connection, new member education, and loan action
- Own feature product development from conception to launch, defining and analyzing metrics to guide product development in order to create exceptional onboarding experiences for our members
- Own product meeting and leadership responsibilities including standups, sprint planning and retros, weekly recaps, ticket and sprint board management, documentation of progress and analyses, and communication with teams across the organization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Customer Success, Compliance, Data, and Design on customer pain points and opportunities within the onboarding journey
- Synthesize quantitative/qualitative member insights from help desk tickets, app store reviews, social media, and onboarding funnel analytics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
You’re a Great Fit if You Have:
- 3 years of product management experience, including mobile app or CRM experience
- Consumer onboarding or fintech onboarding product experience (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess issues past surface level impact and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders on product initiatives
- Ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions
- Experience with user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to support the prioritization of product initiatives
- Experience building credibility and strong relationships within organizations as well as externally with partners and customers
You’re an All Star Fit if You Have:
- Experience working on a marketplace-based product
- Demonstrated success improving onboarding conversion rates, reducing friction, and optimizing onboarding funnels in a regulated environment.
