Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications that are used to operate and monitor our robotics systems. You'll work closely with developers, and stakeholders to create engaging experiences that meet user needs and support business goals.

You'll be responsible for the full design cycle — from user research and wireframing to prototyping, visual design, and usability testing — ensuring our applications are beautiful, functional, and easy to use.

Responsibilities

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design beautiful, scalable, and intuitive interfaces for web applications.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Certificate\Bootcamp in design - minimum requirement.
5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to create responsive designs that adapt across various screen sizes and devices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Bonus Points

Bachelor or higher in Design.
Experience working with developers using Vue.js (or similar frameworks).
Experience designing premium software interfaces for hardware-integrated products.
Familiarity with designing for SaaS or data-heavy applications.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to better communicate with engineers.
Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Experience with the Robotics industry.
