Position Summary:
The Clinical Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our diagnostic reports and automated health insights. This role involves meticulous quality assurance of automated health content, direct user interactions to facilitate successful test collections, and support for clinical research operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and validate blood test reports and automated insights including AI summaries to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance.
- Audit and refine general health content, ensuring all information meets clinical standards.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound or scheduled calls to assist users in successful test collection and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate clearly and effectively when reaching out to users regarding critical test results.
- Clinical Operations Support:
- Support the organization and management of clinical research studies, including coordination with IRB processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence in clinical workflows.
- Issue Reporting and Resolution:
- Promptly identify and escalate any anomalies or inaccuracies in test reporting systems.
- Document and communicate issues effectively within the clinical and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (required).
- Strong interest in nutrition, functional medicine, or biohacking
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in diagnostics or phlebotomy.
- Prior experience in a clinical operations or quality assurance role.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in customer-facing interactions and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
