SiPhox Health is developing a revolutionary home testing platform for biomarkers linked with inflammation, hormones, and metabolic/cardiovascular health. 6 out of 10 Americans have a chronic disease, and our mission is to enable new direct-to-consumer health and wellness paradigms to address this crisis. Our chip-based solution combines biochemistry with state-of-the-art integrated photonics, electronics, and microfluidics. While our chip-based solution is in development, we are already driving a rapidly growing business with our at-home test kit solution.

What We Are Looking For

SiPhox is searching for an enthusiastic and creative Operations Manager with experience in managing and growing complex operational processes to join our at-home blood testing kit business. As a Operations Manager, you will create, manage, and optimize operations processes to ensure we deliver superb customer experience and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

Logistics and Fulfillment:

  • Manage and optimize fulfillment processes: Oversee the end-to-end process of delivering test kits to customers, ensuring timely shipping and accurate order tracking.
  • Coordinate with lab partners: Ensure all tests are processed by our labs on time, meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supply chain efficiency: Work closely with logistics suppliers to manage inventory, handle shipping logistics, and resolve any delays or issues.

Customer Experience:

  • Support and enhance customer satisfaction: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure inquiries and issues are handled promptly, guiding agents to provide exceptional service.
  • Manage replacements and troubleshooting: Streamline processes for handling test kit replacements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive clear communication at every step.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure lab testing accuracy and timelines: Work with labs to ensure tests meet the necessary regulatory and quality standards, keeping results accurate and delivered on time.
  • Oversee compliance: Ensure that all operational processes meet industry regulations and internal standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for operational improvement: Continuously analyze and refine processes for logistics, fulfillment, and lab operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Track and report key operational metrics: Create dashboards and reports to track metrics such as delivery times, lab processing speed, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.

Vendor and Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors: Ensure strong communication with shipping, fulfillment, and lab partners, solving issues as they arise.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing: Help negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring that we get the best service and pricing.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Support customer service agents: Work closely with the customer support team to provide training, feedback, and guidance, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality support to customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with teams across SiPhox, including marketing, product development, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of operational processes with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in healthcare, biotech, or a related industry.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, labs, and logistics suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare or laboratory settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, or a related field
