Description

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Calibration and Maintenance Coordinator who will support the production of Lutetium-177. The Calibration and Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate the calibration and maintenance of equipment and instruments associated with Production and QC Laboratory operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Calibration and Maintenance Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of instruments and equipment to ensure they are calibrated correctly and provide accurate measurements.
  • Coordinates with external calibration vendors to service instruments and equipment.
  • Follow standard calibration procedures.
  • Coordinate production maintenance activities to prevent delays and ensure equipment is working properly.
  • Responsible for making sure maintenance technicians have tools and parts needed to complete work orders.
  • Ensure all calibration and maintenance records are maintained according to QMS.
  • Maintains and communicates calibration and maintenance schedule.
  • Supports data collection for resource allocation and reliability.
  • Supports on-boarding of new equipment and instruments.
  • Supports deviation and investigation documentation related to calibration and maintenance issues.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to calibration and maintenance program.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum: 2-4 years of experience working in a calibration lab/field and manufacturing environment
  • Experience utilizing a CMMS to plan and document calibration and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret procedures, schematics and drawings
  • Meticulous with and eye for detail along with very good organizational skills
  • Willingness to be “hands on” and understand new technology requirements
  • Understanding of FDA, Pharmaceutical and GXP regulations and requirements
  • Working knowledge and understanding of laboratory and production instrumentation and equipment
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Basic troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients and all levels of staff
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
