We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of Inside Sales Team to lead our Inside Sales Specialists while managing a designated sales territory. This role combines strategic team leadership with hands-on sales responsibilities to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of team activities with company goals and objectives, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Territory Management:
- Manage and expand a defined sales territory, working with field counterparts to maximize value and profitability.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure exceptional customer experiences and minimize churn.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for existing accounts and identify opportunities for net new business.
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as a primary contact for high-value accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying and addressing their needs.
- Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and training processes for new clients, ensuring high levels of adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and enhance overall customer success.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and propose improvements to sales planning, execution, and operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Follow up on sales leads and assist in completing the sales process to achieve territory and team sales targets.
Education and Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree required (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- 3-5 years of account management/sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Tableau.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions.
