Job Description:

We're seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team focusing on planning and execution of lead generation programs to fill our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a foundational marketing role with extraordinary room for growth. You’ll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, focusing marketing resources in the areas that provide the best returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, ideate, and execute lead generation programs across multiple channels, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Manage lead-gen agencies for success. Measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
  • Analyze market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and manage a content strategy that engages target audiences across channels
  • Identify and develop partnerships with key B2B organizations to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
  • Develop, plan and execute a successful conference strategy
  • Develop and manage ongoing communications to support sales efforts and increase performance in the sales funnel

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing successful lead generation strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content marketing, lead generation,, and SEO best practices
  • Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • HR Benefits or TDM experience a plus, but not required

Location: Remote, with preference for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, or NYC.
