About the role
This position is our first marketing hire. You will be in charge of our brand voice, customer acquisition efforts, and growth strategy.
Your traits
Ample experience in marketing strategy and execution.
You are well connected in the web3 community and are already a thought leader across Telegram, Discord, and Signal groups.
You think outside the box and aren’t afraid to execute some crazy campaigns.
You have a good blend of creative and analytical thinking.
You can work on multiple projects at one time, balancing speed and quality tradeoffs.
You are proactive and have already read the Polybase whitepaper.
Your area of ownership
Own all elements of digital and in-person marketing efforts.
Own the brand voice, content creation, and marketing tactics.
Own all growth efforts, new country expansions, and audience reach efforts.
Own end-to-end marketing campaigns with robust tracking and analysis.
Experience with Figma and Framer is a plus.
Required years of experience
