Role Summary

Role: Senior Associate, Production

Location: Fremont, CA.

At Pebble, we are redefining how mobility solutions are built. As a Senior Production Associate in Manufacturing, you will be directly involved in executing and supporting day-to-day production activities to ensure high-quality, on-time output. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a production environment and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
  • Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance.
  • Document production data and support root cause investigations when issues arise.
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures.
  • Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using production software or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.
