About the Role

As a Data Analytics Intern at Pebble, you'll join a forward-thinking technology team, headed by the CTO, where you'll play an integral role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights that influence critical business decisions. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in data analytics, immersing you in real-world challenges and equipping you with skills vital for a future career in the field. You will collaborate across various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how data influences strategic initiatives in a dynamic company environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics tools.
• Support the team in generating insights from data and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs.
• Participate in data-driven projects, providing support for design and implementation.
• Help identify new data sources and ensure data quality.
• Assist in creating data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and findings.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance your data analytics skills.
• Help in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency of analytics operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Grafana or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duration:

This is a 10-12 weeks internship/co-op position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.

This internship will be a 40-hour a week commitment at the pay of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. An allowance will not be provided to support living costs throughout the program.
