Our Product Specialists help our customers use Payzerware to run their businesses. Interacting on a daily basis with our business customers and helping them solve problems and improve their business is the primary focus of this position. This includes:
- Welcoming new businesses
- Configuring their sites
- Training on the product via webinar
- Working with a team to address any concerns in the onboarding process.
Additional opportunities may be available to help build resources, train internally, and make product recommendations to improve overall customer experience.
As a Product Specialist on our PayzerCare Team, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve complex business problems by applying our software to meet their needs. You will assist current customers and teammates with their understanding and use of the product, capture and interpret customer feedback, and identify and occasionally test new product features to ensure flawless execution.

- Previous experience successfully interacting with customers both online and on the phone for most of the day
- We’re a technology company, so we need people who are adept at using online and mobile software
- Experience with field management software
- Experience in training or the HVAC industry is a tremendous plus
- Knowledge of payments and finance software is a plus
- College graduate with 5 years of work experience
- Current requirement is present in the office 5 days during the training period, and 2 days after fully trained
