Key Functions:

  • Create wireframes and screen flows that prioritize a user-centered approach, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity data to iteratively enhance the user experience, incorporating valuable insights into product improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand client goals and design innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to gather user insights and validate design choices, ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis to stay informed about market trends and best practices, informing design decisions.
  • Lead and actively participate in design review sessions with stakeholders to gather input, provide design rationale, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Document comprehensive business requirements within design workflows to facilitate a clear understanding of new functionality among cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date product mockups, ensuring design consistency and accuracy throughout the development process.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to consistency and UX standards within the product, promoting a cohesive user experience.
  • Review new features to ensure they meet established design standards and align with the overall product vision.
  • Develop interactive product prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Assist with content development efforts and occasional marketing projects, contributing to a cohesive brand identity.
  • Located in Charlotte, North Carolina (hybrid work weeks at home and in office)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Tech savvy with strong creative and analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Detail oriented, creative and curious
  • Results driven, strong team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to new or differing responsibilities
  • Figma experience required
  • JIRA experience preferred
